SisterhoodShop offers natural skincare products, primarily Shea Butter, designed for personal cosmetic use only.

• Always perform a patch test before full use.

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via accepted methods (Mobile Money, Visa, etc.).

• SisterhoodShop reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Uganda and selected regions in East Africa.

• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

• SisterhoodShop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

• To initiate a return, contact support@sisterhoodshop.com with your order number and reason.
